Valérie Messika explores beauty through light and reflection in high jewellery that moves with you. Mesmerising gemstones meet sparkling diamonds in bold compositions, each distinct in character.
The landscapes of Botswana provide the starting point, from the deep blues and greens of the Okavango Delta to the warm reds of the Kalahari Desert.
At the centre of the collection is Le Okavango Blue, an exceptionally rare blue diamond discovered in Botswana, suspended from a necklace of more than 500 diamonds. Féroce takes on the sharp contours of a crocodile, with a black opal that shifts between blue and green, while Delta Sacré traces the winding waterways of the Okavango. In Règne, onyx markings and warm yellow diamonds bring a feline allure.
With the last diamonds in place and the final looks ready, all that anticipation builds to the perfect moment beneath the lights of the Grand Palais.
Presented during Paris Fashion Week SS27, the show opens with Adriana Lima in Divine Enigma, features Grace Elizabeth in Girafe and closes with Irina Shayk wearing Le Okavango Blue.
