The editorial has the composure of a formal portrait. The subject holds the frame, the styling is pared back, and a vivid yellow necklace traces the neckline against bare skin. At its heart, The Ninety Heart features a 37.05-carat natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond, graded VVS1 for remarkable clarity. Set in an 18k yellow gold mount, it is presented on NINETY’s new interchangeable signature yellow resin chain.

Made in London, each resin link is individually moulded and cured, then cleaned, cut and assembled by hand before receiving its final polish. The heart setting itself opens, allowing the chain to be exchanged for another colour or material.

Against the simplicity of the styling, the necklace has an almost graphic quality. Its luminous yellow follows the movement of the subject, while the scale of the diamond and the sculptural resin links create a striking contrast. As the light changes, so does the brilliance of the stone, bringing a different expression to each portrait.
