Across its history, Cartier panther has never kept one personality. The Maison has described it as fierce, playful or affectionate, changing its character from one collection to the next. Double Panthère adds another figure to the story: a second panther appears, close enough to meet the first.

In the film, the animal is felt before it is seen. It begins in the measured pace, the stillness between gestures and the figure moving through shadow. The jewellery appears in fragments before the two heads come into focus. By the time Double Panthère enters the light, the panther has already been there.
